Acceptance of Terms

By using Checkin OK, you agree to these terms and conditions. Checkin OK is provided by Radom UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a company registered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Service Description

Checkin OK provides automated parsing of attendance data, Belgian government ID validation (NISS/BIS/Limosa), AI-powered data correction, and NSSO-compliant XML generation for Checkinatwork and CIAO declarations. The service is provided as-is without warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Checkin OK and Radom UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including NSSO fines. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of declarations before submission to government systems.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Frankfurt am Main shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
